Base Pay Range: $120,000 – $135,000 per year
. Salary will be based on experience and discussed with manager during interview.

Requirement: US Citizen and must pass a federal background review and drug screen.

• Provide engineering services on multiple simultaneous federal projects ranging from tens of millions to hundreds of millions of dollars in construction value.
• Experience with large Federal Building Design, Medical Building Design and/or Construction Projects (at least $100 million value) is desired.
• Responsible for site observation and reporting on assigned projects to government personnel.
• Provide technical and administrative support, oversee construction, contract administration, and quality assurance activities per policies and regulations.
• Analyze design and construction issues with respect to contract requirements and deliver recommendations to government personnel regarding compliance.
• Review and interpret plans, specifications, submittals, reports, schedules, modifications, cost estimates, pay applications, change orders and claims.
• Prepare field surveillance daily detailed reports covering cost and engineering considerations.
• Participate in pre‑construction conferences with government personnel.
• Work with HVAC systems, system controls, building automation, chilled water, plumbing, humidification, data centers, and other complex mechanical‑engineering elements in large buildings and utility plants.

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field from an accredited college (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of engineering, construction and contract administration experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) preferred.
• Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or other federal project experience preferred.
• Experience using RMS 3.0 preferred.
• Proficiency in English communication (oral & written) and professional presentation skills.
