We then transport and integrate them on site, delivering modern, high-quality buildings to market significantly faster than conventional methods. We combine architecture, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and construction into one integrated offering.

Why This Role Matters Our MEP team is scaling to deliver healthcare facilities across multiple states. As an Electrical Engineer, you will help connect design to manufacturing and field assembly, taking a lead role in project delivery through our DMC methodology.

Impact You Will Make Develop electrical power systems that meet client goals across diverse building projects.

Design distribution systems and specify equipment; coordinate models with architects, engineers, and detailers.

Execute electrical studies: load and demand, circuit and element sizing, OCPD selective coordination, and lighting calculations.

Plan communications and life-safety systems (e.g., fire alarm) and prepare single-line diagrams.

Translate designs into manufacturable work scopes, detailed 3D models, and documentation for fabrication and construction.

Maintain models for permitting, manufacturing drawings, and field shop drawings.

Perform rigorous self-checks; participate in cross-team quality reviews; ensure designs align with national and local codes.

Work directly with manufacturing and construction teams to enhance quality, throughput, and implementation efficiency.

Collaborate with vendors and suppliers on specifications and equipment selections.

What You BringBS in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering

Experience with 3D modeling and design tools;
Revit familiarity preferred

Ability to operate independently and thrive on cross-functional teams

Timely, accountable, and meticulous

Preferred Credentials FE/EIT (or working toward licensure)
Knowledge of facility electrical system analysis

Working knowledge of electrical codes such as the National Electrical Code Core Proficiencies Analysis of electrical systems and equipment
