Restaurant & Operations Manager

Join our team as a Restaurant & Operations Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment – an evolving, high‑energy entertainment platform offering bowling, arcade games, parties and dining.

As a Restaurant / Entertainment Manager, you’ll share leadership with the General Manager, coordinating food & beverage, entertainment and property operations while ensuring guest satisfaction and team development.

• Champion guest service, delivering exceptional experiences, gathering feedback and resolving complaints.
• Schedule staffing, optimize operations and maximize the guest experience.
• Execute marketing strategies to drive sales: leagues, open play, events.
• Build strong relationships with league bowlers and officers, managing league formats and announcements.
• Recruit, hire, train and schedule an hourly center staff team.
• Lead and motivate the team, leveraging individual strengths for guest satisfaction and center productivity.
• Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program, ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Remain flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays and extended day‑to‑day needs.

• 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant or food service operations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to supervise center operations staff.
• Strong team player.
• Exceptional “People Developer.”
• Customer service pro.
• Knowledge of POS register systems.

Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
