Financial Planner — Will Scroggins Wealth Team

Sage Spring Wealth Partners | Birmingham, AL | Full-Time | In-Office

The Will Scroggins Wealth Team is hiring a detail-oriented, execution-driven Financial Planner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with clients and advisors to move financial plans forward.

This role blends technical financial planning, client interaction, and operational precision. Ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, accuracy, structure, and driving results. Candidates must either hold or be willing to pursue the Series 65 and CFP®.

What You’ll Do Client-Facing Planning & Support
  • Prepare financial plans and meeting materials
  • Participate in client meetings and help translate recommendations into actionable steps
  • Work directly with clients to complete tasks, paperwork, and follow-through items
Execution & Workflow Management
  • Coordinate planning action items with advisors
  • Track all tasks and deadlines, ensuring complete and timely follow-through
  • Keep CRM (Salesforce) and planning tools accurate and up-to-date
  • Support advisors in delivering an excellent client experience
  • Anticipate team needs and maintain organized processes
  • Operate in a structured, high-performance, detail-focused environment

Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial planning, operations, or client service (preferred but not required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Salesforce or financial planning software is a plus
