• Act as a personal coach to military families, focusing on dynamic financial plans that evolve with short‑term and long‑term goals.
• Assist families in managing day‑to‑day finances, building lifetime assets, and protecting against the unexpected.
• Engage the community to bring new clients and partner with local military organizations, units, and supporting institutions.
• Coach on comprehensive financial plans covering:
  • Savings and banking.
  • Investments and wealth management.
  • Insurance and risk management.

• A specialized licensing and training program for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses.
• Full sponsorship of SIE, S6, S63, S65, and state Life & Health licenses.
• Paid training with a local district office after successful licensing.
• Initial hourly wage for the first three months, followed by a salaried position with progressive incentives for the remainder of the nine‑month paid training period.
