Managing Director – Financial Services

Tru Oak Financial Partners is seeking an experienced financial services professional to help grow our presence in Birmingham. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who can build relationships, develop talent, and contribute to the growth of a local team while continuing to serve clients through personal production.

The Managing Director will lead three connected areas of work:
personal production, advisor recruiting, and team development
. You’ll build a candidate pipeline, form relationships across the Birmingham market, and help prospective advisors understand the opportunity  your team grows, you’ll coach advisors, support their development, and help them build consistent activity and successful practices.

This role is a strong fit for a producing advisor who has recruited or mentored others, or an experienced financial services manager ready to take on broader responsibility and help shape a growing market.

  Compensation and benefits

  • Base salary: $75,000–$150,000
    , based on experience and qualifications.
