• Practice Size: 30 Physicians | 8 APCs
• Number of Beds: 402
• Scheduling: 7 On | 7 Off
• Full Complement of Specialty Back-Up
• Lead APC Duties:
  Manage APC team, scheduling, regular collaboration with Medical Director
• Hospitalist APC Duties: discharges, call coverage, cross cover
