To ensure successful planning, management and analysis of clinical practice operations, program development, information systems, and compliance, to optimize clinical operations.

To manage established initiative objectives and directives, and determine the best approach to accomplish tasks, with the ability to identify and elevate problems when necessary.

To oversee the operational components of key Accountable Care Teams, facilitate inter‑professional meetings, coordinate action items and communicate and collaborate with leadership on barriers and direction setting.

Maintain awareness of UAB Hospital's strategic imperatives and ensure alignment with day to day operational improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration or related field and four (4) years of related healthcare experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health or Business Administration is strongly preferred. None required.
