We are seeking caregivers, home health aides, and CNAs to join our growing company that proudly serves Birmingham, Alabama and the surrounding areas in Jefferson and Shelby counties, including Vestavia Hills, Mountain Brook, Homewood, Trussville, Hoover, Inverness, Hueytown, Alabaster, Calera, Columbiana, Centerpoint, Pinson, Chelsea, Helena, Leeds, Irondale, Moody, Pelham, Maylene, Adamsville, Bessemer, Fairfield, McCalla, Pleasant Grove, Fultondale, and Gardendale.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY Home Care, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagements
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming and transferring in and out of bed or chairs
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test
• National background check
• A valid driver's license, proof of car insurance/registration and reliable transportation
