Work schedule will be Full-time on the Night shift, 3-12 hour shifts (rotating).
SummaryProvide appropriate intervention to patients and their families in an effort to assist them in understanding, accepting and adhering to recommendations of the health care team in order to achieve an optimal level of health and rehabilitation.
Other InformationMust have knowledge of social work principles and practices. Good psychosocial intervention skills. Knowledge of social and health resources within the community. Basic computer skills.
Credentials with Equivalent Qualifications- Licensed Master Social Worker or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
- Masters Degree in Social Work
