Work schedule will be Full-time on the Day Shift shift, 4
-8 hours shifts.
A Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist is responsible for providing technical support to the Pediatric Imaging Diagnostic Division through the performance of radiological examinations and appropriate patient care.
Other Information- Must be proficient with all Radiological Equipment – fixed and mobile.
- Must know how to operate CR and DR equipment
- Must know how to use Immobilization devises.
- Must know how to use and process cassettes.
- Must be able to correctly use right and left lead Mitchell markers
- Must be proficient in using patient related clerical and historical material.
- Registered Radiology Technologist
- Associates Degree in Radiology Technology
No experience required.
Diagnostic Radiology is a medical specialty focused on using medical Imaging to diagnose diseases and injuries within the body. It involves portable and stationary X-ray machines as well as X-ray fluoro machines. They are used to create images that Radiologists interpret to identify and assess health conditions.
