Overview
- Integral member of deal teams advising clients on healthcare and legal management services organization transactions.
- Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing due diligence, coordinating specialist review, and supervising junior associates.
- Healthcare transactions experience is strongly preferred; private equity experience is a plus, and relevant transactional experience from in-house roles will also be considered.
- Work on sophisticated matters for clients across the healthcare industry.
- Expected to work in the office at least three business days per week.
