Medical Billing Supervisor
ScheduleFull-Time M-F 8-5 *
Job SummaryOur Billing Supervisor will work closely with our Business Office Manager. They will be responsible for all of the following :
- Support the day-to-day operation of the billing department.
- Manage attendance, discipline, and performance of associates in the department.
- Identify and resolve billing problems.
- Maintain and revise billing policies and procedures.
- Act as liaison between billing associates, business office manager and all other departments.
- Work on and assign billing projects.
Due to the nature of this position, overtime is likely.
Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent
Certifications- CPC Required
- Experience in medical billing and coding in a primary care practice
- Experience in management
- Proven interpersonal, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with EHR, medical billing and coding software and developing policies and procedures
