Lakeview Estates is hiring Resident Care Associates to join their team in Birmingham, AL. This role is PRN and Part Time, with shifts 6a-2p and 2p-10p.
The Resident Care Associate provides hands-on care, supports residents and families per PSP, upholds safety standards, and coordinates with the Assistant Family Experience Director.
Experience with elders is preferred; must be at least 18 years old and available for weekends/evenings to meet peak service needs.
