As a member of our resort management team, the primary responsibility of the Event Operations Manager is to oversee the daily activities of the banquet events department and staff. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional service, training, and developing the banquet staff, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction is key to the successful execution of our events.
