This part‑time role embodies exceptional Guest Services within our Food & Beverage team. As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by expertly crafting cocktails and serving food with warmth and enthusiasm.
Essential Job Functions- Provide guests with exceptional service through genuine engagement and thoughtful attentiveness
- Prepare beverage orders, generate checks, and handle payments efficiently for each guest
- Maintain daily organization of the bar, ensuring all products are stocked and readily accessible
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages
- Reduce spoilage and waste through efficient productivity methods
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all refrigeration, storage, and work areas
- Ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50–75 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk in a confined space for the entire shift
- Manual dexterity to use and operate food and beverage equipment
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Completion of Bartending School or Bartending & Mixology Certification preferred
- Minimum 1‑year bartender experience in a similar role; experience in a hotel or large operation preferred
- Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
- Food Handlers Certification required
