Front Office Concierge (Full Time) –
Renaissance Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa
We are seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Concierge to serve our guests at the luxury Renaissance Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa in Birmingham, AL. Your primary responsibilities will include booking and coordinating activities such as dining, golf, massage, and other special requests, ensuring each guest’s stay is exceptional. You will respond to and coordinate all guest requests for services and special arrangements courteously and efficiently, and you will inform guests of hotel services, facilities, and room amenities.

- Excellent guest relations and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing guest needs.
Location:
Birmingham, AL
Salary: $30,000 – $40,000 per year
