Food & Beverage Manager

The Club is a private, member-only club located atop Red Mountain in Birmingham, Alabama, and we’re seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Manager to join our close-knit team. We pride ourselves on excellence through uncompromising service, delivered in a caring, respectful way. Working here feels like working with family—supportive, collaborative, and genuinely fun—while providing a warm, welcoming experience across three full-service restaurants and high-volume events.

• Oversee daily food & beverage operations alongside four fellow managers
• Recruit, train, schedule, and lead front-of-house staff
• Educate and develop servers, including service and wine knowledge
• Communicate effectively across all club departments
• Anticipate and respond proactively to member and guest needs
• Plan and coordinate current and future functions and events
• Resolve member and guest concerns with professionalism and care

• 2–3 years of front-of-house management experience in a club or hotel
• Food & beverage management experience required
• Strong wine knowledge; wine program experience preferred
• Experience with formal training programs
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Banquet operations experience preferred
• Service-minded, member-focused approach

Must pass background check and drug screening.
