Human Resources Information System Analyst

Compensation
  • Up to $100k DOE

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing and optimizing the HRIS platform (currently UKG; new system selection likely)
  • Building critical reports and dashboards for HR and leadership
  • Fixing, maintaining, and improving system interfaces
  • Guiding the organization through major HR system changes
  • Supporting end users and training teams as systems evolve
  • Collaborating closely with HR leadership during departmental restructuring
What You’ll Need to be Considered
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT Business, or related field.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, Workday, ADP, or Paycom
  • Ability to translate HR needs into system solutions
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Comfort training end users and supporting change adoption
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, SharePoint, or similar tools
