This is not a traditional HR role. It’s a hands‑on leadership position focused on placing the right people in the right seats
, developing leaders, and building a culture rooted in excellence, accountability, and care for others.

In this role, you will:

• Own talent strategy and hiring quality across the organization
• Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team
• Coach leaders to manage people with clarity, courage, and compassion
• Embed faith, values, and culture into hiring, development, and performance
• Help design compensation and incentives that reinforce stewardship and results
