Base pay range: $13.00/hr - $14.00/hr
We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our team and help build strong teams while empowering individuals. The ideal candidate will have excellent schedule management skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for helping people succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and management
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process
- Provide support and guidance to employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Proven experience in schedule management preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of HR practices and regulations is a plus
