Full Time, Education Level: 4 Year Degree, Our organization is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Director of Human Resources to lead HR compliance, accreditation readiness, credentialing, and regulatory functions. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources and shaping the systems, standards, and culture that keep our workforce strong, compliant, and survey-ready.

As the Director of Human Resources, you will serve as a strategic partner to organizational leadership, ensuring our HR operations meet all federal, state, and local regulations while supporting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You will oversee compliance programs, accreditation preparation, licensure and credentialing processes, HR investigations, workforce analytics, and the development of HR policies and training.

• HR Compliance Leadership
  - Maintain compliance with employment laws, conduct audits, oversee regulatory reporting, and lead policy development.
• Accreditation & Survey Readiness
  - Ensure HR readiness for accreditation, licensing, and regulatory surveys; coordinate corrective action plans.
• Credentialing & Licensure Oversight
  - Manage clinician credentialing in collaboration with the Finance Department, privileging, and licensure tracking systems.
• Employee Relations & Investigations
  - Provide guidance on complex employee matters, conduct investigations, and oversee unemployment claims.
• HR Systems & Workforce Analytics
  - Lead HRIS administration, ensure data integrity, and develop dashboards and reports for leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Healthcare
• Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in compliance, accreditation readiness, credentialing, training, and employee relations preferred.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, workforce analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite
