Altec is seeking an HR Intern in Birmingham, AL to gain real-world experience in payroll and benefits. You will support daily HR operations, assist with reporting, and respond to employee inquiries in a collaborative team environment.
Ideal candidates are enrolled in a four-year college pursuing a Bachelor's in Business or Human Resources, with a high school diploma or GED, and strong computer skills including Microsoft Office. The internship runs mid-May to August, ~40 hours/week.
