Sourcing Specialist - Birmingham, AL

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to identify and engage qualified candidates for a variety of open positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable using multiple sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.

• Source candidates through Linked In, job boards, ATS databases, and other recruiting platforms.
• Utilize Boolean search and other proactive sourcing techniques.
• Review resumes and profiles to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate outreach via phone, email, and Linked In.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and activity in the ATS.

• 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience required.
• Experience with Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.
• Strong communication and research skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.
