SummaryAs a Partnerships Manager Open Banking, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of our APIs across various customer environments. You will work closely with our API Product Managers, developers, and customers to ensure timely delivery, adherence to standards, and optimal performance.
Responsibilities- Project Management:
Manage API implementation projects from inception to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. - Technical Coordination:
Collaborate with development teams to ensure API implementations align with technical specifications and best practices. - Customer Onboarding:
Guide customers through the API onboarding process, providing technical support and addressing implementation challenges. - Integration Support:
Provide technical support to customers during the integration process, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems. - Documentation and Training:
Develop and maintain comprehensive implementation documentation and training materials for customers. - Quality Assurance:
Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure API implementations meet performance and reliability standards. - Feedback Collection:
Gather customer feedback on API implementation experiences to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development. - API Adoption:
Promote API adoption within the organization and with external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in API implementation or technical support roles.
- Strong understanding of API development, design, and integration principles.
- Experience with API management platforms and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with banking industry trends and regulations is a plus.
- Experience with Open Banking, Open Finance, and FDX standards is preferred.
