We are seeking a skilled Microsoft D365 Platform Architect & Hands‑on Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, with a primary focus on CRM/Customer Experience, integrations, and environment management. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Architecture Design: Develop and implement architectural solutions for Dynamics 365 CE ensuring best practices in scalability, security, and performance. Oversee & review internal & external development to ensure high‑quality delivery according to approved design specifications.
- Environment Management: Orchestrate and manage all code deployments/releases on the D365 Platform (CRM/FnO/Integrations). Manage current environments, upgrades, refreshes, and integrated applications. Implement & adhere to SDLC best practices & processes.
- Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions to the D365 platform using Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure Dev Ops. Develop integrations between D365 and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware. Customize D365 forms, views, workflows, and reports. Write clean, efficient, well‑documented code following best practices.
- Technical Analysis & Design: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems. Collaborate with analysts, stakeholders, and end‑users to gather requirements. Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide recommendations. Create technical design documents, data models, entity relationship diagrams, and system architecture diagrams.
- Training & Mentorship: Train and mentor junior developers and team members on Dynamics 365 best practices and new features.
- Testing & Documentation: Develop and execute test plans and scripts. Share test plans with BAs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing, deployment, or production. Create technical design documents.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up‑to‑date with D365 updates and best practices. Identify opportunities to optimize existing solutions. Lead and participate in code reviews and knowledge‑sharing sessions. Streamline processes from deployments to business app usability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development and architecture with an integrated Dynamics 365 F&O environment.
- 5+ years of experience in D365 Platform environment management.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations using Microsoft Dataverse and other third‑party connectors.
- Proven experience developing solutions on the D365 platform – specifically CE.
- In‑depth knowledge of D365 customization and development tools, including Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure Dev Ops.
- Expertise in D365 architecture, configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, .NET, Type Script, and SQL.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies (e.g., MB‑400).
- Self‑starter with initiative and drive positive changes.
- Analytical thinker who can study, interpret complex information, and develop new approaches.
- Problem solver capable of challenging assumptions and driving process improvement.
- Proven track record of Dynamics 365 accounting software improvements and implementations.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive data.
- In‑depth understanding of CRM systems, Power Apps, flows, business processes, industry standards, and internal controls.
- Excellent communicator to executive sponsors, end users, and technical/non‑technical team members.
