We are seeking an experienced and creative Data Visualization Specialist to design, develop, and maintain compelling dashboards and reports using a variety of datasets. This role requires strong expertise in Power BI and familiarity with other tools like SQL and Tableau. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, a deep understanding of data storytelling, and can translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Design and build dashboards, scorecards, and visual reports using Power BI and other BI tools.

• Collaborate with data teams to gather requirements and identify KPIs and data relationships.

• Ensure accuracy, usability, and aesthetics of data visualizations to support business decision-making.

• Work with large datasets from multiple sources, transforming them into clean, concise visuals.

• Maintain and improve existing dashboards based on stakeholder feedback and evolving needs.

• Provide recommendations on data visualization best practices and editorial presentation.

• Troubleshoot and optimize performance of reports and data queries.

• 3–10 years of experience in data visualization or business intelligence roles

• Strong proficiency in Power BI

• Experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading

• Working knowledge of Tableau or similar visualization platforms

• Understanding of database design, data warehousing, and data governance principles

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience with DAX, Power Query, or Python/R for data manipulation

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, AWS)

• Background in UX/UI design for dashboards is a plus
