Summary / ObjectiveBuffalo Rock is an award-winning Pepsi and Keurig Dr Pepper bottler founded in Birmingham, AL more than 124 years ago. Buffalo Rock manages the best alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverage portfolio in the country, which includes several beloved global and regional brands. This role is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing Oracle Fusion ERP solutions to meet business requirements. The position collaborates with business users to gather and document processes, configures system modules, troubleshoots issues, and supports system integration and upgrades.

- Provide ongoing day‑to‑day support of Oracle Fusion Cloud by troubleshooting problems and assisting users.
- Work with internal system owners in various business verticals to optimize system usage and performance.
- Act as the point of contact for all initiatives/issues within Oracle Fusion Cloud across ERP, EPM, Procurement, etc.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion functionality.
- Design and document process flows, configuration settings, and integration points.
- Assist the business team with data import and export tasks.
- Lead and test integration of external systems into Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Participate in cross‑functional requirement gathering, user acceptance testing, and solution deployment for new initiatives.
- Troubleshoot, process, and manage Oracle service requests as needed.
- Review Oracle quarterly release notes to assess relevance and plan end‑user adoption of new features.
- Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to resolve system issues.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and internal teams.
- Ensure Oracle Fusion best practices are followed during development and implementation.
- Participate in change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain high ethical standards while representing Buffalo Rock.
- Engage in continuous learning through Buffalo Rock’s training programs and complete assigned curriculum.
- Take reasonable precautions to protect the company from damage, theft, or liabilities.
