Network Engineer

• Administer and troubleshoot network environments (routing, switching, wireless, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, VoIP).
• Configure and maintain routers, firewalls, switches, and enterprise wireless systems.
• Perform firmware upgrades and ensure network performance and reliability.
• Create network diagrams and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and occasional after‑hours or weekend work.
• Mentor junior team members and complete annual training/certifications.

• 3+ years supporting or implementing IT infrastructure.
• 1+ years working with networking technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service mindset.
• Familiarity with Cisco ASA, Meraki, and Fortinet firewalls.
• Experience with advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching standards.

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Cisco certifications (CCENT, CCNA, or higher).
• Experience with load balancers, wireless infrastructure, and VoIP.
• Microsoft certifications or equivalent experience.
