Job Summary:

Razorfish, a leader in digital marketing and inclusion, seeks a Data Science and Analytics Analyst to contribute to data-driven projects, collaborate with clients, and support the data team in delivering insights and strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Learn all facets of data from origin and extraction to interpretation and use.
  • Understand Razorfish’s data capabilities and how data fits into client strategies.
  • Manage data responsibilities within cross-capability projects.
  • Identify key issues and objectives based on internal and client needs.
  • Prepare presentations and summaries for internal and client use.
  • Participate actively in meetings and prioritize work to meet deliverables.
  • Understand internal and client-specific data tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Assist in vendor and platform assessments.
  • Translate data into visuals for presentations.
  • Ensure data integrity at collection, extraction, and activation points.
  • Contribute to measurement plans and build basic measurement program structures.
  • Proficient in CRM metrics such as email click-through rates, offer redemption, and incremental sales.
  • Extract, cleanse, analyze data, identify trends and anomalies.
  • Derive insights and formulate hypotheses and recommendations to improve KPIs.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a business environment, preferably with digital media or client-focused work.
  • Knowledge of statistical concepts and coding languages or deep statistical knowledge.
  • Basic Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookup formulas.
  • Familiarity with SQL base case statements and RegEX.
  • Experience with BI/Visualization tools.
