• Providing basic IT support to staff, including troubleshooting Windows issues (e.g., microphone or monitor setups)
• Assisting with onboarding new staff by setting up laptops and docking stations
• Updating documentation and performing occasional data entry tasks
• Managing and shipping equipment as needed
• Ensuring under‑desk wiring is organized and efficient

• 2+ years of relevant experience in an IT support role or similar
• Experience supporting Microsoft products
• Must have cloud experience along with Tier II helpdesk support
• A positive, approachable presence with excellent interpersonal skills
• A strong desire to learn and contribute to a growing team
