Position Overview

Pay range: $60,835 - $98,855 / year

Pre-Project / Contract Review:Assist with gathering and reviewing business requirements, technical specifications, andbusinessprocessredesignandinformationflow.

Identifyappropriateresourcestomap,createanddocumentproject specifications if current state documentation does not exist. Document project scope and objectives. Work with appropriate HSIS leaders to define project team member roles to effectively coordinate team activities.

Customer Relationship Management /Communication:Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsrequired. Effectively communicate with customers regularly for the duration of the project to, include informing them of project delays and issues. Creates and maintains a trust relationship with stakeholders within and beyond HSIS.

Routinelypresentsat Project and Planning Servicesstaffmeetingsand  attends all relevant huddle meetings. Maintains a high level of professionalism in appearance, communication and demeanor at all times.

• Facilitatesmallerprojectsandothermeetingsincludingdocumentationofparticipants,nextsteps,and decisions made at the meeting.
• Performscontractanalysisandsubmitfindingsforreviewandapproval.
• Aids in the creation of long and short-term project plans, to include setting project milestones, target completion dates, and ensuring all deadlines are adhered to.
• Supportsevaluationofproject schedule and target completion dates on the project as neededand recommend date adjustments to accommodate for change related to the project.
• AssistincommunicationwithexecutivesorHSISleadershiptoensuretheprojectisalignedwithdepartmentgoals.
• Documentandmonitoranyandallrisksassociatedwiththeproject.
• Updateprojectsponsorandteamregardingprojectstatusandprogressonaregularbasis.
• Alongwithprojectsponsors,identifiesmeasurablebenefitsofproposedprojects.
• Convenesvariousstandingorcommitteemeetingsasneededorasdirectedbysupervisor.
• Mayauthororassistwiththeauthoringofdepartmentalorprojectrelatedcommunication.
• Otherdutiesasassigned:
• Administer and configure Service Now SPM/ITBM applications
• Support and configure Demand Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, and Resource Management modules
• Lead and work with SPM data models and support relationships between demands, projects, portfolios, and resources
• Administer and support current portfolio governance processes (intake, prioritization, stage-gate reviews)
• Lead the creation of portfolio dashboards showing project health, resource utilization, and financial performance
• Support project financial management administration including cost plans, budgets, actuals tracking

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field required and 3 years' experience required.

Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
