Network Engineer

We are seeking a Network Engineer to support the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of enterprise network environments. The ideal candidate will have experience working with routing, switching, network security, and infrastructure projects. We are open to experienced Network Engineers as well as highly skilled Network Administrators who have taken ownership of complex network environments and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize routing, switching, and network security solutions.
• Lead network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot complex network performance and connectivity issues.
• Monitor network health, capacity, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain network documentation and diagrams.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support business and infrastructure initiatives.
• Recommend and implement best practices for network performance, availability, and security.

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting and administering enterprise network environments.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and network security concepts.
• Experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex networking issues.
• Understanding of network architecture and infrastructure best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage technical projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-site or complex network environments.
• Exposure to voice, wireless, cloud, or security technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring, automation, or scripting tools.
• Networking certifications are a plus but not required.
