CENCO Claims is looking for a Daily Property Adjuster to handle residential and commercial claims in the Birmingham, AL area. This role is a Field based role with flexible scheduling and steady claim volume.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess property damage on-site

• Create detailed estimates using Xactimate

• Document findings with photos and reports

• Communicate with policyholders and carriers

• Submit timely, accurate claim files

Requirements:

• Proficient in Xactimate

• Knowledge of construction and property damage

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle

• Alabama or designated home state adjuster license
