Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Lines Account Executive based in Birmingham, AL, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. Responsibilities include managing and servicing personal insurance accounts, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing tailored insurance solutions. The Account Executive will collaborate with producers as well as clients to assess needs, process renewals, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Knowledge of personal insurance lines, account management, and client service in the insurance industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze policies, identify areas that need attention and process renewals accurately.
- Proficiency with insurance software, account management tools, and basic computer applications.
- Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role in the insurance industry is required.
- Alabama Property & Casualty insurance license is required
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
