Bilingual Client Services Specialist; Spanish​/English

Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is hiring a dedicated Bilingual Client Services Representative to join our Birmingham, AL team. This full-time role focuses on guiding clients through initial case stages with a strong emphasis on service, documentation, and timely appointment scheduling.

You will coordinate engagements, file reports, initiate claims, and manage case folders while promoting our services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with File Vine are preferred.
