PurposeWe are seeking an experienced, client‑focused attorney to handle complex personal injury cases from evaluation through resolution.
Responsibilities- Evaluate potential personal injury claims and determine viability.
- Investigate claims and gather evidence.
- Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement conferences.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel or insurance companies.
- Communicate regularly with clients.
- Manage a caseload efficiently and supervise support staff as needed.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active Alabama law license in good standing.
- 3‑5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
