This position is based in our Madison, WI campus and requires relocation to the area. We offer financial relocation assistance.

Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation, counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and other risk areas, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. You will handle and aim to win multi‑million‑dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and foster relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with evolving legal frameworks domestically and abroad.

• Strong academic and professional background
• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
