This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Associate Attorney, located in Birmingham, AL. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of litigation tasks, including conducting legal research, providing legal advice, drafting pleadings and motions, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. Additionally, the role involves developing case strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Strong academic credentials required and journal experience preferred
