• Managing all aspects of litigation processes.
• Drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Conducting legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
• Conducting depositions of parties and experts.
• Managing discovery, including taking/presenting witnesses for deposition.
• Working collaboratively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Developing relationships with clients and working to understand their unique needs and goals.

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Alabama (AL) and in good standing.
• Litigation experience, with a strong background in depositions and discovery.
• Exceptional research, analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal concepts and strategies clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to work independently, manage a large caseload, and keep multiple projects moving in a timely manner.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Proficiency with legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
