Job Summary

Join our team as a Paralegal and become a crucial part of delivering top-tier immigration services for our clients. You will be assisting our attorneys in a variety of immigration cases including family-based and humanitarian immigration.

We seek a proactive, highly organized individual with exceptional writing skills, fluent in Spanish, and passionate about making a positive impact in the immigrant community.

Full-Time. 9:00AM-5:00PM

• Manage immigration cases from attorney assessment and strategy development to approval.
• Draft applications and assemble necessary supporting documents for submission.
• Communicate with clients about their case status and required actions.
• Participate in trainings on immigration and related topics.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong writing and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in an office setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous work with the immigrant community highly regarded.
