Job Summary
Join our team as a Paralegal and become a crucial part of delivering top-tier immigration services for our clients. You will be assisting our attorneys in a variety of immigration cases including family-based and humanitarian immigration.

Ideal CandidateWe seek a proactive, highly organized individual with exceptional writing skills, fluent in Spanish, and passionate about making a positive impact in the immigrant community.
HoursFull-Time. 9:00AM-5:00PM
Primary Activities and Tasks- Manage immigration cases from attorney assessment and strategy development to approval.
- Draft applications and assemble necessary supporting documents for submission.
- Communicate with clients about their case status and required actions.
- Participate in trainings on immigration and related topics.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong writing and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in an office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous work with the immigrant community highly regarded.
