We are actively seeking a dynamic, experienced Litigation Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional with strong litigation background, legal research and writing skills.

• Provide expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of legal matters
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations
• Conduct extensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously
• Work collaboratively with our legal team to develop effective litigation strategies
• Participate in business development activities to expand our client base
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an attorney, strong focus on litigation
• Admission to the Alabama state bar
• Demonstrated experience with legal research and writing
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficient in using legal research software and other legal technologies
• Strong analytical ability and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity
• Proven track record of managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Salary $100,000 – $200,000 per year
