- Monitor resin markets, feedstock pricing and index movements, and communicate trends, risks and forecasts to stakeholders
- Negotiate pricing, index-based agreements, payment terms, delivery requirements and long-term supply contracts with domestic and international suppliers
- Lead RFQs, bid comparisons and cost evaluations, and award business in line with company policy and approval levels
- Identify and qualify suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, capacity and technical capability, and drive supplier consolidation and cross-site synergies
- Deliver cost-reduction targets and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage supplier performance, escalations and corrective action, and support supplier development activities
- Partner with cross-functional and program teams throughout the project lifecycle, providing sourcing input on supplier selection, timing and commercial terms

- Strong understanding of resin markets, index pricing and commodity risk management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across sites
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/purchasing systems; SAP experience preferred
- Working knowledge of contract law and commercial purchasing practices
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with internal customers
