Supply Chain Specialist

12 Months Contract

This role supports a Supply Chain Management team responsible for vetting, establishing, and maintaining a 60,000+ supplier master database that supports the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process. It's a fast-paced, high-volume environment where accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and the ability to work independently are especially important.

What you'll be doing:

• Process requests to add, update, or inactivate suppliers.
• Maintain accurate supplier information within established policies and procedures.
• Support a high-volume transactional workflow while handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Interact with both internal and external customers.
• Follow compliance requirements, audit controls, and established guidelines.
• Work independently and adapt as team responsibilities and priorities evolve.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in supplier/vendor information, master data, procurement, operations, or a similar transactional environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage high-volume work while maintaining quality.
• Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong communication and customer-interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Understanding of compliance, policies, procedures, or audit controls is valuable.
