Boulo Solutions is partnering with a growing design‑build firm dedicated to delivering top‑quality mechanical solutions for medical and commercial clients. Join our team to lead mechanical projects, ensuring excellence from inception to completion.

• Lead and manage the mechanical team, delivering HVAC and related systems on schedule and within budget.
• Own the mechanical value stream, collaborating with field leaders and PM teams.
• Provide expert support to HVAC and plumbing field leaders.
• Serve as a hands‑on expert in mechanical construction and the firm’s operational model.
• Plan short‑ and medium‑term labor, maintaining accurate labor loads.
• Recruit and standardize training for new field talent.
• Manage mechanical/plumbing P&L responsibilities.
• Communicate complexity simply in verbal and written form.
• Collaborate with a smart, entrepreneurial team in a transparent, open‑office environment.

• 5‑7 years of project management experience in commercial mechanical contracting.
• Preferred BS in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Strong vision, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Sharp communication and ownership of mechanical projects.
