At Regions, the Corporate Banking Group Product and Platform Innovation Manager provides leadership for product and platform capabilities within the Corporate Banking Group (CBG). This role is responsible for shaping and governing digital origination, automation, CRM, and lifecycle platforms to drive growth, efficiency, and superior client experience. The position oversees strategic initiatives, portfolio governance, and vendor management while partnering across Technology, Risk, and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes.
This leader manages a team of product managers and platform specialists and fosters a culture of innovation and accountability.
Primary Responsibilities
- Defines and governs multi-year roadmap for digital origination, automation, CRM, and client lifecycle platforms
- Chairs the CBG Product and Platform Innovation Working Group and prioritizes initiatives across business lines
- Partners with Technology, Risk, and Operations to align delivery and unblock execution
- Advances strategies for AI, automation, and data-driven decisioning to improve onboarding and servicing
- Establishes portfolio OKRs and benefits realization metrics tied to measurable business outcomes
- Oversees vendor strategy and governance for business-owned platforms in compliance with procurement and risk standards
- Develops and delivers executive-level presentations and insights for committees and senior leadership
- Leads and develops a high-performing team of product managers, product owners, and platform specialists
- Ensures integration of risk and control requirements across all product and lifecycle initiatives
- Maintains awareness of industry trends and competitive capabilities to inform strategic decisions
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Twelve (12) years of progressive experience in product management, platform governance, or related roles
- Eight (8) years of experience in leadership and direct management of multi-disciplinary teams
- Proven experience owning enterprise platform roadmaps, driving adoption of CRM and automation solutions, and partnering with Risk and Technology on regulated platforms

- Fifteen (15) years of experience with senior leadership responsibilities
