This is a very hands‑on role where you will transform customer ideas into workable, high-precision system solutions. You will be responsible for taking drawings and schematics and building customized assemblies from the ground up. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and experience in technical assembly, CNC operation, or precision metalwork.

• Interpret verbal instructions, shop drawings, fluid system schematics, and blueprints to create finished products from raw materials.
• Cut, shape, and join various materials using specialized tools and machinery.
• Perform highly accurate measurements using tape measures and calipers.
• Achieve and maintain specific certifications for assembly and fabrication methods.
• Apply strict policy and quality requirements to all fabrication and assembly activities.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of finished products by checking dimensions, inspecting welds, and verifying that all customer specifications are met.
• Assist with departmental reporting and documentation.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance to ensure shop functionality.
• Support the engineering and commercial teams by providing feedback on the viability of customized solutions.

• Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in a mechanical or fabrication environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in blueprint reading and the use of precision hand tools.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics and high-accuracy measurement.
• Experience in fluid systems, orbital welding, or tube bending is highly preferred.
• Background in CNC operation, metal machining, or complex body shop assembly is a strong plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fabrication shop or cleanroom environment.
• Basic computer literacy for reporting and documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency and high attention to detail.
