$18 per hour + Signing Bonus
1st Shift, 7:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Duties & Responsibilities- Work at a fast pace and be flexible to work overtime as needed.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job due to its in-person work requirement.
- You must have access to reliable transportation to and from work.
- Operating cutting equipment to process wire and cable orders for shipping.
- Using technology such as RF scanners, iPads, and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders for shipping.
- Assisting customers with local will‑call orders.
- Building, wrapping, sorting and transporting reels, pallets, and packages.
- Shipping and receiving truck deliveries.
- Lift up to 80 lbs.
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Use sit‑down forklifts, dollies, and other equipment to move product within the facility.
- Detail‑oriented, able to multi‑task, with attention to detail.

- Activity – standing, cutting wire, and moving heavy reels for long periods.
- Temperature – non‑climate‑controlled warehouse; temperatures up to 90°F.
- Noise Level – noisy at times; hearing protection provided.
- Dress code – relaxed with safety footwear required; annual voucher up to $125.00; company shirts after 90 days.
- Candidates must be 18 years or older and able to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
- Previous Wire & Cable experience is a plus.
