Red Diamond – Moody, AL
Second
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime:
Occasional Fridays as needed

Starting at $19/hour

What You’ll Do- Set up and operate high-speed coffee or tea packaging machines.
- Perform quality checks to ensure every product meets our standards.
- Replenish materials and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Assemble and label boxes, and support other production tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant machine operator experience).
- Stable work history and consistent reliability.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and meet production goals.
